TUTORING POLICY

CANCELATION POLICY

Outside of illnesses or true emergencies, we require a 24 hour cancelation fee for all sessions. This allows us to fill the scheduled time with another client, student, or class.

Failure to cancel within this window will incur a forfeiture of the session from your package.

Within 24 hours of a session, there is no fee if you are able to reschedule within one week with your tutor.

Services are non-refundable.

8-packs have no expiration date.

In the event that your tutor is unable to meet at your scheduled time, you may choose to reschedule or we will provide a substitute tutor from our team.
INVOICE POLICY

Please pay invoices before services are rendered.

First time clients will receive a bill due 48 hours before the first session.

Returning clients will receive subsequent bills due before the first session of a new 8-pack.

A recurring $25.00 late fee will be applied to all overdue invoices.

Payments can be made through credit card, Venmo, or Zelle.

RUNNING LATE?

We understand - running late happens! If our teachers are late, we promise to make up the time either at the end of the session or in a subsequent session.

Late pickup: Our teachers are paid by the hour for their time. If you are late picking up your child, you will be billed the prorated amount of an hour until you arrive. Our teachers also plan to end their sessions on time so that they can begin their next session, or go on their merry way. Thank you for understanding!​
