Tawny Locke joined Amore Learning after over 12 years of educational speech therapy experience. Tawny has a wide-ranging background working with speech, language, social communication, and cognitive-communication disorders in children.

Tawny's natural extroversion and 'student-first' mindset has earned her a reputation as a collaborative partner in each of the schools she has worked in. Her greatest joys while working with individuals is seeing confidence spark from practice and perseverance and encouraging curiosity in learning and growth.

Outside of school, Tawny enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, Rob, and her two rescue pups--Ollie and Maggie. When she is not with her family, Tawny can always be found at her barre3 fitness studio or wandering the aisles at her local grocery store looking for her next plant-based recipe.
