About Megan
Megan Ullo is a veteran educator with more than 15 years of experience in public schools, teaching everything from self‑contained grades 2–5 to departmentalized English Language Arts. She is trained in Orton-Gillingham and brings deep expertise in designing engaging, accessible learning experiences for diverse learners. Most recently, she spent three years as a special education teacher, where she became known for her creative planning, thoughtful differentiation, and skill in designing modified resources that meet students exactly where they are.
Megan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Connecticut and a Master’s degree in Elementary Education from American University. She has called the Washington, DC area home for nearly two decades, with the exception of a three‑year adventure teaching at the American School of Madrid. Across every setting, she is committed to supporting all learners with a warm, balanced, and responsive approach.
