Kumudu Abeyagoonasekera holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and a Master’s in Business Administration, and has over 15 years of experience working with children, including the past four years at Murch Elementary. In addition to her work in education, she is a Latin dance instructor who trains students for competition. An avid traveler who has visited more than 40 countries, Kumudu brings a deep appreciation for diverse cultures and perspectives to her teaching. She infuses curiosity, energy, and creativity into every session, fostering engaging learning experiences that encourage children to explore, grow, and thrive.
