TEAM MEMBER

Jessica Leader taught middle and high school English and History for 13 years. She was the kind of "fun" teacher who helped everyone learn a lot, too. Jess also served as the Director of Curriculum and Instruction at One World Education, helping students grow as writers by writing on topics they were passionate about. She holds a BA from Brown University, a Master's in English Education and Educational Theatre from NYU, and an MFA in Creative Writing from Vermont College. She is also the author of Nice and Mean, a novel about seventh-grade girls. In her free time, you'll find Jessica reading, talking to friends, or doodling.
