Iesha Myhand is a passionate early childhood educator and piano instructor with over a decade of experience working with children. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, she’s spent the last six years teaching Pre-K in Washington, DC—and the last four sharing her love of music as a private piano teacher after school for children from kindergarten through sixth grade.

Iesha holds a B.A. in History from Ursuline College and an M.Ed. in Early Childhood Education from John Carroll University. Her musical journey began in second grade with lessons from her Aunt Lisa, and she’s continued honing her craft through private instruction and music education organizations which include the Cleveland Music Settlement.

Now joining Amore Learning as a private music instructor, Iesha is excited to blend her love for education and music to help students grow and enjoy learning how to play and create music.
