TEAM MEMBER

Anika is a recent graduate from American University with a degree in Economics but has been playing tennis for most of her life. She started playing for fun and exercise but played competitively in high school and on the club team at her university.

She has taught as a tennis assistant at the Parker Racquet Club in her hometown Colorado and thoroughly enjoyed getting to work with younger tennis enthusiasts.

Anika knows what it's like to start a sport just for the sake of doing it but then falling in love and enjoying it. She aims to make sure her students share her same love for the sport and if they are struggling she will pass her energy to that student. Her ideal student is one that is willing to try new things and bring their excitement to any activities!

In her free time aside from playing tennis, Anika enjoys weightlifting, watching Formula 1 and finding new coffee shops or restaurants with her friends. She loves to travel, she's been to 25 countries, and spent half a year studying abroad in Scotland!
