Andrew Hwang is a junior at American University double-majoring in Data Science and Political Science, with a minor in Mathematics. With a strong foundation in math, statistics, and analytical thinking, Andrew enjoys helping students build confidence, strengthen problem-solving skills, and truly understand challenging concepts. He brings a patient, structured approach to tutoring and tailors his explanations to each student’s learning style. At AU, Andrew is an active member of the Collegiate Model United Nations team and the Taekwondo team, and previously served as president of the Taekwondo Club, experiences that have strengthened his leadership, discipline, and communication skills—qualities he brings into every tutoring session.
