Scheduling, Payment & Cancellation Policy
We value your time and strive to provide reliable, high-quality services. The policies below help ensure clear expectations, fair scheduling, and respect for our teachers’ time.
Scheduling & Cancellations
Outside of illness or true emergencies, at least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel any session. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited from your package, so the scheduled time may be offered to another client. If a tutor has a scheduling conflict and is unable to meet at the scheduled time, you may choose to reschedule, work with a substitute tutor, or cancel the session at no charge. Clients may request a tutor change at any time.
Packages & Payments
All services are non-refundable, and 8-session packages do not expire. First-time clients will receive an invoice due 48 hours before the first session, which must be paid in full before services begin. Returning clients will be automatically billed for their next 8-pack unless they notify us in advance to discontinue services. A saved credit card in Teachworks authorizes automatic billing for a new package once all sessions have been used. A recurring $5.00 daily late fee will be applied to overdue invoices.
Session Timing
Our teachers are paid for their scheduled time. Late child pickup will be billed at a prorated hourly rate until pickup occurs. We also value your time—if a teacher is late for any reason, the missed time will be made up either during the same session or during a future session, based on your preference.
