Service Description

In this hands-on course, young engineers will explore the basics of electricity by building with Snap Circuits! Students will create real working circuits that power lights, sounds, and motion while learning about cause and effect, problem-solving, and simple engineering concepts. This playful STEM class will build confidence, creativity, and teamwork—no prior experience needed. Note: We will pick students up at school dismissal at 3:15 and bring them to the classroom. Families do not need to be present at this time. Our class will dismiss on the range at 4:15pm. The cost of this course includes a $35 per student fee charged by DCPS to use classroom space for the semester. It also includes materials (and heaps of fun!).
