Service Description
In this dynamic, hands-on course, students tackle exciting engineering challenges that explore fundamental STEM concepts such as stability, momentum, buoyancy, and balance—all through the versatile world of LEGO bricks. Each week features engaging activities that foster collaboration, ingenuity, and perseverance as students build, test, and refine their creations. The semester culminates in a showcase of their designs, celebrating their growth as young engineers and innovators. Perfect for aspiring builders who love to think outside the box! The cost of this course includes a $35 per student fee charged by DCPS to use classroom space for the semester. It also includes materials (and heaps of fun!).
