Scheduling, Payment & Cancellation Policy
We value your time and appreciate your partnership. To ensure smooth scheduling and respectful use of our consultants' time, please review the following policies:
Scheduling & Cancellations
Outside of illness or true emergencies, we require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client, student, or class. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of the session from your package. No-shows will also result in a forfeited session.If you need to reschedule within 24 hours of a session and can do so within one week, no fee will be charged.
Packages & Payments
Consulting packages do not expire. All services must be paid in advance; invoices should be paid prior to the start of each session. Services are non-refundable. A recurring $25 late fee will be applied to overdue invoices.
Accepted payment methods include credit card, Venmo, and Zelle.
Session Timing
We understand that delays happen. If a consultant is late, we will make up the time either at the end of the session or during a future meeting.Our consultants are compensated for their time. If a session exceeds the scheduled duration, you will be billed the prorated amount based on the hourly rate.
