TEAM MEMBER

Leo Canty is a native Washingtonian who has taught with Amore for two years in New York City, where he studied anthropology at the Eugene Lang College of Liberal Arts at the New School. Aside from teaching creative writing, he has worked in disability advocacy, conservation, and documentary journalism. He loves teaching and is excited to bring his passion back to his hometown. Outside of work, he spends his time making music, reading, and hiking.
